Small chain came off - after only 2 rides. Too loose. I turned the bike over and read the instructions...can't seem to pull the back frame tighter to tighten the chain. (after loosening he bolts, of course) Is there anyway to remove a segment of the chain? Walmart put it together for me. 

There is the way to remove the link of chain, but for that you will need a special chain tool. You can buy it on ebay, or, go back to Walmart and ask for proper sizing.


Recheck every link on the chain, some manufactures have installed a clip on the side of one of the link which you can remove, this is so yo can take out any links you don't need , when you get your desired length you put the clip back on and make sure to snap it in place.

CRV hood release cable is broken, How do you reconnect the top of the hood release cable when the hood wont open You can see the cable if you pull on the hood as far as it will go 2002 CRV hood release cable is broken, or disconnected at the latch end How can I open the hood If it's loose it either broke at the cable or the end piece. You have to get to the back of the latch and move the release arm. I usually try and get under the vehicle and remove the plastic splash shield from the bottom and get a long screwdriver or something I can fish up from the bottom to that arm to "pop" it open. Here's a couple pictures showing the release arm and latch so you can see where they are located. The release arm (marked B) will release the primary latch.
