what are the torque settings for bearing mains,big ends and head cylinder bolts BIG END, MAINS AND CYLINDER HEAD TORQUE SETTINGS FOR 2.4 LITRE JEEP CHEROKEE 2003 MODEL Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown. Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values: Step 1: All to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.) Step 2: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.) Step 3: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.) CAUTION: Do not use a torque wrench for the following step. Step 4: Turn an additional 1/4 turn Step 5: Install and tighten bolts (1-10) in sequence shown, to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) . Tighten bolts (1-10) again to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) PLUS 1/4 turn in sequence shown.
