How do I remove the back wheel to replace it due to its bent up;I removed to the outside nut and wheel wont come off ?

Thank you for an intelligent answer and my problem was solved. I didn't have to remove the axle but knowing one wheel was round and the other was half moon I was able to remove it without damage . Now I can order another wheel and be riding.

You will need to remove the two bolts and nuts/washers that hold the wheel axle in place. After that you can pull the wheel off the frame with a little force. See the image below where two bolts that hold axle on both side are.



The bolts are square near the end and will go into a square hole or cut out in the bike-frame  Putting these bolts on is a bit difficult at first, but once you have done it, its basically easy.

For the rear wheels, the right side axle is shaped like a "D" (not round) and will only take the corresponding wheel with the "D" axle area. The other rear wheel has only the special bearings for its axle and no "D" area.

I need a replacement wheel

I need a replacement wheel for a Schwinn meridian three wheeler. It is the back right. Where can you order or purchase replacement wheels. The local bike store told me he had no clue.

Its a regular 26 inch wheel. Just get a replacement, take the old one off and slide the new one on.

I just received a 3 wheel adult trike from Walmart via FedEx I read thru the manual, but no where does it discuss the rear axle assembly and chain to the main frame. It only discuses standard bikes. Please email me the instructions to complete the assembly properly of your adult 3 wheel trike.

Mine came with a single page "Owner's Manual Addendum for the Schwinn Adult Tricycle" that explained those things not in the regular manual

Small chain came off - after only 2 rides. Too loose. I turned the bike over and read the instructions...can't seem to pull the back frame tighter to tighten the chain. (after loosening he bolts, of course) Is there anyway to remove a segment of the chain? Walmart put it together for me. 

There is the way to remove the link of chain, but for that you will need a special chain tool. You can buy it on ebay, or, go back to Walmart and ask for proper sizing.

Recheck every link on the chain, some manufactures have installed a clip on the side of one of the link which you can remove, this is so yo can take out any links you don't need , when you get your desired length you put the clip back on and make sure to snap it in place.

Iright wheel making rubbing crunching sound.

I weigh 220 lbs. When I shift my weigh to the left the noise quits.

Either bad bearings in the wheel or the bearings need to be re-greased  its an easy fix for a do-it yourself  or take it to your local bike shop , you can get the grease at any auto store(cheaper).
