In this laptop, we noticed that laptop works fine, but suddenly while we are using laptop or sometime while downloading some basic software the laptop shows this screen. After that some percentages runs on screen and laptop restarts and we can use it again, and this problem continues randomly. so as per customers complaint. we tried few things, many a times this problem is noticed due to wifi card in laptop or external wifi dongle connected to laptop. Or sometimes its due to faulty cmos battery. we tried all basics and even serviced the laptop but this problem was not solved, at last we formatted the hard disk and this problem was solved.so the issue was corrupt operating system, maybe some files in operating system was corrupt, after formatting fault solved. in some cases even a new harddisk will be required if formatting is not helping out.
Approx. cost we charged for this repair was 2500/-
REPAIR 3: LAPTOP RUNS FOR FEW MINUTES THEN TURNS OFF.THEN WILL AGAIN START AFTER FEW MINUTES.
Customer got this laptop, telling its working perfectly for few minutes but after few hours it will shutdown and will not turn on. If we wait for few minutes approx. 10 - 20 minutes and then start, laptop will start and same problem comes up after few hours.
so technician started with basics with servicing and tested laptop for few hours ad this problem came up, now this time he disassembled heat sink assembly and saw that heat sink cream was completely dried under that .

PRO TIP: make sure if you are using regular laptop then don't use it continuously. Always give some rest to your laptop for few minutes, for its internal hardware parts to cool down.
For this repair, including service and heatsink and input of time we charged 3500/- and customer was happy to give.
REPAIR 4: LAPTOP RUNNING BUT VERY SLOW

In this laptop, customer came up with complaint that laptop is running fine but its very slow. we tried to open 1 regular file and it took approx 3-4 minutes to open and this was very frustrating.
technician check the configuration of laptop hardware and we came to know that it was not that very old. so we tried formatting the laptop and that did not help at all.in many cases that helps,
Note: before you format a laptop please get data backup of it then start the formatting process. IN this particular case customer has already done that from his end so we first confirmed with customer regarding that thing. he told us to proceed without data backup, so we formatted the present harddisk in it.
now the old hard disk was not performing well, we checked the old hard disk date it was more then 7 years old. so we replaced the old hard disk with new brand SSD sata hard disk for laptop and after installing and formatting the hard disk the laptop started working good and the performance was good. the laptop itself was not very latest so performance was not very satisfying, but for any basic purpose you can use it. with example i can say, same file which was getting open in 3-4 minutes time, now with new hard disk it got open in few seconds. Customer was satisfied with the results. In this case customer got new hard disk by himself so we only charged for servicing, testing and installing new hardware and software setup. Customer paid us 2000/- and he was quite impressed. So main point is to say that, if the laptop is very old like 10years plus then before investing in new hard disk, try with your testing hard disk first, so once you confirm the fault, then tell customer to get new hard disk or you buy new hard disk. At our service center we keep testing parts before actually we order that parts so this helps.
REPAIR 5: BROKEN SCREEN REPLACEMENT MACKBOOK

CUSTOMER visited at our store with a problem of broken screen, the reason was laptop fell down from his hand while she was using it, it banged to some pointed object with screen open and result was broken screen.
engineer checked the fault and he checked the laptop it was turning on but display was not seen.so he connected the mackbook through hdmi cable to external monitor and he was able to see the mackbook data on external screen. so the fault was confirmed that only screen is not working,but laptop is same. Some external body parts of the laptop was also damaged like bent at corner and few rashes, but customer was ok with that, now for getting the screen replaced the price for new screen was 28000/- plus our charge 3000/- for fitting and replacement. And price for second hand screen was 17000/= plus 3000/- fitting. in new warranty was 1 month and in second hand warranty was 7 days. but customers budget was not there, she opted for second hand , she paid us 20000/- and we did the replacement work. Laptop was working fine after replacement.

He tried very hard to open the MacBook back cover, but he was not aware that MacBook uses special screws and it needs special screw driver to open and regular laptop screw driver will not help.
so first he told us to get the back cover open and then told he will replace the required parts , after opening the internal battery was also bulged, later he thought it bit risky, so he brought all required parts like battery and ram asked our tech to do the work professional. in this repair customer brought everything we just opened the MacBook, did basic servicing, inspected components internally and replace the ram and battery. After replacing the MacBook charging issue solved and memory error also got cleared. For all this work we charged 3000/-
IMPORTANT NOTE:- DONT COMPARE REPARING CHARGES AT PROFESSIONAL STORE. You will think that what is there is just replacing battery and ram in MacBook. If you don't do it properly another big error can arise. If you don't disconnect battery and do some replacement on mother board. It can short without you knowing anything. Many a times at our service center we have seen customers coming up with such problem. If mother board goes short in MacBook, then minimum cost to repair motherboard is 6000-10000/-.if needs replacement then cost even increases like 30000 to 50000/- on some latest MacBook. So either do it yourself and take the risk or pay bit high amount and trust the professional. IN THIS CASE CUSTOMER CALLED US AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM.HE TOLD, laptop is working good, but after few hours it starts overheating and this heating increases so much that it feels like laptop will either meltdown or it will blast, also if we touch anywhere near the laptop, it feels hot to touch. so we asked to customer to get the laptop at our Vrindavan thane workshop. Technician opened the laptop and what we saw was blocked cpu vents and heat sink dried on laptop processor. Also some plastic parts around the laptop were bit shapeless. In this case we serviced the laptop, cleaned it internally and applied genuine heat sink to control over heating. Laptop was working good. customer paid us 2000/- for this service.
IMP NOTE: WHEN using the laptop make sure you use it in clean space, keep some space for ventilation, don't just stick it to wall, the warm air from device will get blocked. While using it on table use cooling pad. A laptop
REPAIR 8: LAPTOP FRAME IS GETTING BENT,WHEN TRYING TO OPEN THE LAPTOP
CUSTOMER VISITED OUR WORKSHOP,with a problem,that laptop is working fine,but when you open the laptop to turn on,the plastic frame around the laptop is getting bend and once opened,we cannot close the laptop easily. its like, when you lift the screen up/down to open /close laptop its very difficult and it feels like something is broken inside.
when technician at our workshop saw, it came with broken hinge issue, the screws holding the hinges were loose and the screw holder were broken. Due to that side plastic frame around the screen was also broken.

in this case we opened the laptop and fabricated the broken parts, which got cracked and replaced the broken hinge with aluminum frame which holds the screen. Also we fabricated the screw holders to the plastics body, so when we fit new hinges, it should hold the body.

This problem occurs if we don't maintain laptop and hold it use it carelessly, holding laptop from screen without closing it, or throwing laptop on bed or sofa, or may be sitting on laptop by mistake, playing with laptop, roughly to open/close. its a plastic material, can break down if not used properly. in some cases hinge breaks when laptop falls from somewhere,
so after fabricating the laptop frame got repaired in this case repair cost was approx. 4000/-. proper fabrication and parts will cost this much. many repair centers use some glue materials to fabricate, but this cheap material don't last long and same problem will be noticed in few days. proper fabrication lasts long and laptop open/ close like new.
